The demand for personalised housing is growing along with the developing needs of the society for self-determination, choice and autonomy.
The desire by someone to reflect their personality and individuality within their living space starts way before choosing furniture and décor. Location, spatial qualities, and sustainability aspects are key considerations when choosing a new family home.
We, therefore, design living spaces starting from inside out. Instead of approaching a residential project from a town planning perspective, we design for the occupants first then integrate the project into its surroundings. We also crucially consider peoples’ lifestyle and goals, as well as income, occupation and education.
Apartments don’t have to be uniform and designed for just any potential tenant or home owner. They should be individual, allowing residents to differentiate their spaces and reflect their personality, lifestyle and background.
