Accenture Campus Zurich – Office One

workplace interior sihlstrasse

A captivating campus in the heart of Zurich.

Located in a former department store, Accenture’s Sihlstrasse office – one of two campus locations – impresses with its inviting design, curved forms, and immersive workspace experience.

The Spengler House
The newly completed Accenture offices in Zurich are deeply inspired by the rich history of the buildings they occupy. Originally built in 1973 as the Spengler fashion department store and later transformed into a large electronics retailer, the Accenture office on Sihlstrasse now stands as a bold, open, and dynamic workspace. The building’s history, combined with its curved façade and enlarged windows, gives it an extroverted presence, a design language that extends seamlessly into the interior.

The Accenture campus blends tradition with modernity. The historic buildings lend character and identity to the space, while the workplace design creates optimal conditions for future-oriented work.

Art and Culture Inspired Office
The building’s long artistic and cultural history serves as the inspiration for the interior’s core theme—art, heritage, and tradition—setting it apart from the other location on Pelikanstrasse. As early on as the reception area, a striking custom light installation forms a sculptural centrepiece that imbues the space with creativity and motion. This sense of energy and fluidity is echoed across the entire building, designed as a versatile space for reception, coworking, and events. Drawing inspiration from notable achievements and landmarks in Swiss culture, history, and art, every space within the campus is designed for optimal user experience, while being aesthetically refined in every detail.

Intricate Design Details
Both campus buildings are organised into distinct zones for work, collaboration, and regeneration. This concept is further complemented by a variety of in-house dining areas—ranging from healthy snack stations and coffee points to communal kitchens and intricately designed delis. The deli in Sihlstrasse office captures the essence of Swiss fashion and embroidery art. Refined textures, intricate patterns, and materials are seamlessly integrated into the design. Delicate ornaments, a harmonious colour palette, and luxurious surfaces bring this cultural heritage to life. Above the dining tables, hat-shaped lamps add a playful yet sophisticated touch, enhancing the space’s overall elegance.

New Work is not just a buzzword for us; it is a lived reality. Our new location is designed to create an inspiring work environment that fosters creativity, autonomy, and collaboration.
