Following a merger with two other companies and a major rebranding to Eraneos, the former AWK Group relocated to new premises in Zurich’s commercial Oerlikon district, in order to create a vibrant workplace that models new ways of working and encourages team cohesion within this fast-growing technology and consultancy firm.
The 4’700-square-metere office on Andreastrasse provides space for nearly 400 people. Distributed across five floors, the head office is designed with three lively hubs for social interaction, lunch breaks and team events. Open plan workspaces are adjoined by video booths and meeting rooms, and four atmospheric focus working spaces feature wall graphics of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
«The new headquarters of Eraneos is a great example of new work and post-pandemic workplace. While desk occupancy sensors and meeting room booking system ensure optimal space utilisation, muted tones derived from Eraneos’s corporate colours and an abundance of indoor greenery create a relaxed atmosphere. Video booths fulfil the most frequent post-pandemic workplace requirement for conducting calls without interruption and three, individually styled hubs form the social heart of Eraneos’s head office,» outlines Stefan Camenzind, partner and executive director at Evolution Design.
