ArchiTour and USModernist visit Flexhouse

We were delighted to welcome a group from ArchiTour, including members of the USModernist® organization, for an exclusive visit to Flexhouse as part of their architectural journey through Switzerland.

ArchiTour specializes in curated architectural tours led by local architects, offering unique insights into contemporary Swiss architecture. With years of experience and a broad network, ArchiTour provides tailored experiences and rare access to iconic buildings.

The visiting group—comprising 20 specialists from the fields of architecture, design, and urban planning—had the opportunity to explore Flexhouse and engage in a personal conversation with its architect and resident, Stefan Camenzind. Their visit was part of a larger tour covering over 50 architectural sites across four cities.

Among the attendees was Angela Roehl, a representative of USModernist®, the world’s largest open digital archive of midcentury Modernist houses. Reflecting on the visit, she shared: «For many of the USModernist tour guests, this visit was a true highlight of the tour. It was deeply meaningful and much appreciated to have the opportunity to meet Stefan, and not only learn about the home’s architectural development and challenging site, but also his personal experiences living in such a joy-filled space.»

After visiting Flexhouse, the group continued their tour with a stop at another of our projects: The Cocoon (now The One) in Seefeld, further exploring innovative architectural approaches and urban concepts.

We are honoured to have been part of this enriching experience and to share the story and spirit of our projects with such an engaged and passionate group.
