Evolution Design team celebrates the power of togetherness
Following a three-year pause caused by the global pandemic, this September marked the revival of our annual office trip.
Our teams from Zurich, London, and Warsaw reunited for a two-day retreat in the picturesque setting of Locarno, Switzerland, where we celebrated the profound strength of unity.
During these two enchanting days basking in the glorious Tessin sunshine, our team embraced the opportunity to learn the art of sailing, putting their newfound skills to the test in a spirited regatta competition. The evening was marked by a delightful dinner and festivities that carried on into the early hours.
Celebrating the commitment
Following a refreshing morning swim in the sparkling waters of Lago Maggiore the next day, we indulged in leisurely moments at the Locarno Lido. Moreover, we came together to honour our technical director, Marco Noch, celebrating his 20-year journey with Evolution Design over a delightful waterfront lunch.

This gathering not only deepened our connections but also reaffirmed Evolution Design's core vision and distinctive identity—our unwavering commitment to prioritise people and their emotional as well as functional needs. This principle is evident in our designs, our relationships with clients, and the bonds within our own team.
