Evolution Design completes a new workplace for MS Reinsurance.

Following a recent rebrand, global reinsurer MS Reinsurance seized the opportunity to translate its brand values of trust, collaboration, and people-centred approach into a built environment and tasked Evolution Design with developing a workspace that is as dynamic and inspiring as the people working within it.

The new office, located in Enge – one of Zurich's established and well-connected neighbourhoods – focuses on expressing MS Reinsurance's identity to both the team and the clients as well as creating a collaborative and empowering workspace where people genuinely enjoy working and connecting.

Spread over four floors, the workspace offers a rich variety of work environments from dedicated team neighbourhoods and quiet focus spaces to collaborative and informal meeting areas. These environments are united by a strong visual concept inspired by MS Reinsurance's brand identity and the symbolism of the sun – representing consistency, reliability, and growth. This idea unfolds on all floors through colours, materials, and graphics, creating a workplace that feels both distinctive and authentic.
