«Purely for effectiveness reasons, there is no need for an office, because we are less productive at the office than in the home office. So, we now have to think carefully: What are we actually doing with these areas, in order to use them optimally, so that they actually generate added value? What do people actually do in their job? What are the tasks they need to do? And what would be spaces that would help them to carry out these tasks optimally,» questions Stefan Camenzind.
