Stefan Camenzind gives a lecture at the Ostschweizer Personaltag 2022
Stefan Camenzind was one of the key speakers at the Ostschweizer Personaltag taking place on the 15th September in St. Gallen.
With the lecture “New working world – new office world: how the pandemic has changed our office world” Stefan Camenzind will be talking about how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the office scene and what employers should do in order to encourage their staff to return to the office.
«I’m am very excited to be participating at the Ostschweizer Personaltag. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a massive impact on the future office. All our COVID-19 surveys that we carried out among our clients show that people enjoy the freedom and self-determination of working from home. The concept of home office is certainly here to stay. And if companies want to motivate their people to return, they have to have a convincing answer to the question of what it's actually good for and what extra value working in the office can bring,» says Stefan Camenzind.
